cSHAKE128 is a member of the SHA-3 hash family. The SHA-3 hash family was selected as the winning design in the NIST hash function competition as the new Secure Hash Algorithms standard. cSHAKE128 is an eXtendable Output Function (XOF) which can produce an arbitrary length hash. Additionally, cSHAKE128 is a customisable hash algorithm which accepts an arbitrary length customisation.
