GOST R 34.11-94 is technical standard belonging to the russian GOST R standards. The hash described in this document is often referred to as GOST-94, or simply the GOST hash function. It produces a 256-bit hash.
This variant uses the parameters issued by the company CryptoPro, which are specified in section 11.2 of RFC 4357 https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc4357.
