GOST R 34.11-94 is technical standard belonging to the russian GOST R standards. The hash described in this document is often referred to as GOST-94, or simply the GOST hash function. It produces a 256-bit hash.

This variant uses the parameters present in RFC 5831, however RFC 4357 warns against their use, labelling them 'test' parameters. https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc4357.
